SHEL - Wayne Stith, Chairman
The GGA formed a committee last year to address Safety, Health, Environmental, and Legislative issues pertinent to the geothermal community at the Geysers.

Scholarship Committee - Steve Enedy, Scholarship Chairman
The GGA annually awards one $750 scholarship that will be awarded to a high school senior whose parent(s) are directly involved and spend a majority of their working time in Geysers Geothermal related work. The GGA will also be presenting two $750 scholarships to graduating high school seniors (one in Sonoma County and one in Lake County).

Public Relations and Program Committee - Margaret Lewis
The "Public Relations Committee" plans and coordinates programs for regular and special GGA meetings, membership dinners and the favorite summer barbeque. The committee also responds to media inquiries on geothermal operations at The Geysers, assists with tours of the facilities, and arranges speakers for community group meetings about geothermal topics.

Membership Committee - Steve Enedy, Chairman
Members of The GGA have access to the membership directory, are invited to GGA events, opening up the opportunity of networking with other contacts in the geothermal industry. There are two classes of membership: Individual and Corporate.

Editorial Committee - Kathy Enedy, Chairman
The GGA newsletter, The Geysers Steamline, is published three times a year by the Geysers Geothermal Association, and mailed to current GGA members. The purpose is to make information available to all GGA members, with articles of general interest about happenings affecting the geothermal industry at The Geysers and the people that have an impact upon the affairs of The Geysers.
